The resort is large and offers great amenities like a kids' club and multiple pools. Check-in took over 40 minutes, which was frustrating after a long drive. The entertainment staff was friendly, but the pressure for timeshare presentations was annoying. Excellent golf course and beautiful grounds. Room cleanliness could improve.

Another great stay at the comfy Hilton Vacation Club with a stunning view and amazing amenities. The 3-bedroom condo was perfect for my family of 10. Mystic Dunes will be my go-to spot in Florida!

we had an amazing time at the Hilton. Mrs Pichardo at the front desk was great. the rooms were very clean and well stocked, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. the Dunes Lagoon and restaurants were fantastic. Our children loved the water slides, and the whole resort was very accommodating. the staff provided excellent customer service, and we would definitely stay here again.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

Fantastic size apartments, spotlessly clean, 4 pools including a great main pool with a waterfall and slide. Lots of activities for both kids and adults. Onsite bar with food. Close to Disney parks and only a 25-minute drive to Universal theme parks.
Felt very welcome, nothing too much trouble.

the hilton was super clean and the staff were so friendly. it's close to everything without the crowds, and we even had a washer & dryer in our room! the security officer was quick to handle a noisy party.
Would be happy to recommend.

We chose this resort as a hurricane escape and were blown away by the friendly staff, especially the quick response from security to handle a noisy neighbor issue. The lagoon pool was perfect for our children, with its beach entry and various activities for all age groups. The resort had everything we needed, from grills for cookouts to fully equipped rooms with dishwashers and washers/dryers. The amenities and activities, including mini golf and movie nights, made our stay enjoyable for everyone in the family.
Shower in the bathroom had low water pressure and was a bit tricky to get into due to the combo design which led to a close call.
